Athletes struggled to reach the finish point at the earliest on the 42-kilometer challenging track. Billy Bolt, the winner of the first day’s beach stage, finished first in the forest stage.
The stage, last year’s champion Mario Roman of Spain, finished second and British Graham Jarvis finished third.
The races will continue with the 30-kilometer “Sky Race” stage, which will be held tomorrow instead of the canyon stage. The organization will end on Saturday, September 26 at the 55-kilometer mountain stage at the 2 thousand 365 meters high Tahtalı Mountain.
