KTM 125 and 390 Enduro R: Get One Step Closer to the 2025 Models!

KTM is back with two exciting additions for 2025: the KTM 125 Enduro R and KTM 390 Enduro R. These models bring dual-sport riding to a whole new level, combining off-road performance with everyday usability. Let’s dive into the details!

Sleek Design and Compact Profile

Both bikes are built with a focus on practicality and performance. The 9-liter metal fuel tank and lightweight plastic bodywork make the bikes slimmer and easier to handle, especially when riding off-road. KTM’s in-mold graphics ensure the bikes stay looking sharp no matter how tough the trail gets.

Advanced Suspension and Frame

Bikes feature a new steel trellis frame, inspired by KTM’s Duke models but specially designed for off-road adventures.

  • WP Apex Suspension:
    • KTM 390 Enduro R: 43mm open cartridge forks with 230mm travel and 30-click compression and rebound adjustability.
    • KTM 125 Enduro R: The same forks but without adjustability.
  • Rear Shock: Both bikes come with an off-center WP Apex shock offering 230mm travel. On the 390, the shock has rebound adjustability, while the 125’s is limited to preload adjustment.

This setup ensures better handling, control, and stability on challenging terrain.

Powerful Engines

Both models are powered by KTM’s new LC4c single-cylinder engines, designed for light weight and improved efficiency.

  • KTM 390 Enduro R: A punchy 399cc engine delivering 45.3 HP and 39 Nm of torque.
  • KTM 125 Enduro R: Perfect for new riders, this smaller engine balances power and ease of use.

Engines meet Euro 5.2 standards and have extended service intervals:

  • First service at 1,000 km.
  • Regular service every 10,000 km.
  • Valve checks every 20,000 km.

New Technology Features

  • Airbox Design: A redesigned airbox improves ground clearance and enhances the riding position.
  • Exhaust System: A lightweight stainless steel exhaust saves 2kg and meets Euro 5+ regulations, making it eco-friendly and efficient.

Wheels, Brakes, and Transmission

  • Wheels: 21-inch front and 18-inch rear spoked wheels, paired with Metzeler Karoo 4 tires, offer great grip on and off the road.
  • Brakes: 285mm front and 240mm rear Bybre discs for reliable stopping power.
  • Transmission: New gearbox improvements ensure smoother shifts, with optional Quickshifter+ for seamless gear changes.
