Enduro European Championship finished an exciting season in Woltersdorf, Germany, where Daniel Mundell was named the Best European Rider of 2024. Hosted by the local Motoclub, the last race included a 55-km route with tough special tests – Enduro, Cross, and Extreme – that challenged riders and thrilled the crowd.
The 2024 season included races in Italy, San Marino, Finland, and Germany, bringing together riders from across Europe.
Day 1 Highlights
On the first day, five champions were crowned. Killian Lunier won the Junior1 title with an impressive season, and Davide Soreca took the E1 class title, returning to the European Championship 14 years later. Maurizio Micheluz celebrated his 14th European title in the Senior class, inspiring younger riders.
In the Women’s category, Mauricette Brisebard was rewarded for her steady performance. In the Youth class, three French riders – Gabin Allemand, Matteo Arrieta, and Valentin Mersin – claimed the top spots. In the E2 class, Daniel Mundell led an all-English race, finishing ahead of Alex Walton.
Day 2 Final Battles
On the last day, Riccardo Pasquato fought through hand pain to secure the Youth championship with a sixth-place finish. In Junior2, Matej Skuta won the day’s race, but Diego Haution claimed the overall Junior2 title by just one point.
The highlight came as Daniel Mundell won both the E2 class and the Overall title, earning him the title of Europe’s top rider for 2024. Motoclub Gaerne won the team title, and Italy won the Nations Trophy, with France, Slovakia, and Finland winning in other categories.
