KTM has officially unveiled the 2025 KTM 450 SX-F and 250 SX-F FACTORY EDITIONS, designed to provide an enhanced READY TO RACE experience. Featuring updated technology and designs inspired by professional racing, these models aim to meet the expectations of competitive riders.

The 2025 FACTORY EDITIONS feature new race trims and dedicated graphic schemes, reflecting the styles of KTM’s top riders: Chase Sexton (#4), Aaron Plessinger (#7), and Tom Vialle (#1). These updates offer a closer connection to professional racing for enthusiasts and riders alike.

The new models include several advanced features:
- Akrapovič Slip-On Exhaust: Designed for improved performance and reliability.
- Keihin 44 mm Throttle Body: Provides precise throttle response.
- Quickshifter: Enables seamless gear transitions.
- WP XACT Suspension: Fully adjustable with updated damping settings for improved handling.
Lightweight and Functional Design
The 2025 FACTORY EDITIONS include a laser-cut, robot-welded steel frame with an anti-squat concept to improve handling. The lightweight aluminum subframe and ergonomic rider triangle enhance maneuverability and control. Additional components such as Brembo brakes, Dunlop GeoMax MX34 tires, and a Connectivity Unit Offroad for the KTMConnect App provide further adaptability and functionality.
End of an Era
These models represent the final FACTORY EDITIONS of the current SX-F generation. KTM has incorporated over 20 KTM PowerParts for additional customization options, allowing riders to tailor their bikes to their specific needs.
