KTM continues to revolutionize the world of motocross, and the 2025 KTM 85 SX is the latest product of this effort. This machine, 75% of which is completely new, features a new frame and swingarm designed for superior stability and handling, an improved engine that delivers unparalleled power and responsiveness, and new, slimmer bodywork for better ergonomics and a sleek, race-ready look!

This motocross bike features a range of advanced components, from upgraded suspension to cutting-edge technology, catering to riders of various skill levels. KTM’s Product Manager, Stefano Branca, provides detailed insights into the development process of this new model. The new frame concept, increased torsional rigidity, and improved suspension system aim to optimize the riding experience for both mid-level and high-level riders. The upgraded engine offers more torque at low and mid RPMs while maintaining the same power at high RPMs.

This new model has been redesigned with an innovative approach, both aesthetically and performance-wise. Equipped with new components such as the cylinder head, spark plugs, ignition system, exhaust pipe, and silencer, the 2025 KTM 85 SX is built to perform on the race track.
