GASGASFactoryRacing GASGAS Factory Racing has signed a new multi-year contract with six-time world enduro champion Andrea Verona. The 24-year-old Italian athlete will continue to represent GASGAS on the global enduro stage throughout 2024 and beyond!
Joining the team in 2021, Verona clinched the Enduro 1 class title for two consecutive years and secured his inaugural overall FIM Enduro GP World Championship in 2022.
Transitioning to an EC 350F and the Enduro 2 category at the outset of the 2023 season, the Italian had a stellar campaign in the Enduro GP championship. With eight podium finishes out of 14 race days, Andrea achieved an impressive second place in the E2 class and third overall in the Enduro GP standings. As the 2024 season looms, Verona is focused on capturing the Enduro GP crown.
Andrea Verona commented, “I’m really happy to re-sign with GASGAS Factory Racing again and stay with the team! We’ve been together since 2021 and I’m feeling good with the whole crew, the bike, and the factory. I might be biased, but I think it’s the best factory in the off-road motorcycling sector. I’m proud to represent GASGAS at races, especially as I’m the only enduro rider for the factory. The team are always fighting for the same goal as me, which is to win, and everyone is constantly trying to improve and make the bike faster or help me in any way I need. It’s so important to have that support behind the scenes and it allows me to be the best I can be. For the coming years, I’m happy to re-sign with the team and continue my professional career with GASGAS Factory Racing so we can keep fighting for those wins!”
