Cody Webb Tops Nashville, Lettenbichler and Hart Say Goodbye Early
The 2024 Tennessee Knockout kicked off in spectacular fashion in downtown Nashville, where an energetic crowd gathered to witness the thrilling start of this year’s hard enduro competition. The unique setting of city streets, illuminated by neon signs, provided an unforgettable backdrop as some of the world’s top riders faced off on a challenging, man-made course.
One of the biggest surprises of the night came when Alfredo Gomez, charging through the logs and concrete obstacles, knocked out Mani Lettenbichler in the opening round—a result that shocked many. Mitch Brightmore also put on an impressive show, first eliminating Wade Young and then narrowly defeating Trystan Hart in the second round. However, his momentum was halted in the third place run-off, where Ryder Leblond managed to edge him out.
Fortunately for Lettenbichler, the reigning Hard Enduro World Champion, and Trystan Hart, the U.S. Hard Enduro Champion, this prologue was all about prestige and had no impact on the points or timing for the main event scheduled for the weekend.
The night belonged to Cody Webb, though. The Sherco USA rider showcased his determination and skill, clinching victory in a heated duel with his long-time rival, Colton Haaker.
